Aromatherapy is an ancient art which dates back over 8000 years, and involves using pure essential oils extracted from flowers, leaves, woods, barks, resin, roots, fruits, spices and herbs, for many documented benefits. The oils are often referred to as the "Lifeforce of the Plants".

Oils can be applied to the body to treat both emotional and physical conditions. As a relaxing and blissful treatment, it balances our Body, Mind and Spirit, bringing about a gentle healing process and wonderful effects.

This results in an increase in vitality and improvement in skin tone as well as general circulation. Aromatherapy can also strengthen our immune system and create a feeling of well being.

Aromatherapy works through two main routes - via the sense of smell (the olfactory sense) and through skin penetration. Through scent, or when applied to the skin, the essential oils enter and travel throughout the entire body, affecting the various body systems: nervous, circulatory, muscular, lymphatic and endocrine systems

Essential oils are naturally antiseptic and can prevent various infections. The oils also stimulate and calm the nervous system. Even with all the above benefits combined, the sheer pleasure of Aromatherapy is the first thing you will notice.

Plenty of essential oils in the market are not of the best quality or purity. For maximum benefits, use only First Grade, Therapeutic Grade or First Distilled oils.
