New Comers: Celebrate happiness and everyday blessings. Luck good or not, is all about your state of mind. U so old already, still angry of small issues, means u can never break through in life la.

 Planets and Birthday conditions do affect our luck. But a person will never have good luck everyday. My task is to teach u, when good luck how to amplify and when luck down how to reduce the negative effects. Since day One omhealth encourage u , breathe, chant, pray, smile, help people.

One way to uncover what you want in life is to make a list of all the things you dont want.  Also choose your thoughts and feelings. This is easy to say I know. When a person face a problems, this is the last thing to appear about choosing thoughts, we will be overwhelmed by negatives and worries. Now that is the time to see whether a person has practice anot.

 A person every day chant mantra, do breathing exercise and prayers. And once a BIG issues strikes, u may sad awhile but mantra automatic comes to ur mind and mouth And u can get out of the situation fast.
a U can see from past few years the Heavenly branch and Earth Branch were in major clash. That clouds many people mind and also the natural and non natural disaster were very shocking. World has changed, when some tradegy happens, people worry abit but ask urself, can u remember what big disaster happen again. U cant remember. The Hot weather, no rain in Singapore, the raining of ice in Singapore, the train spoil , the complaints of many stat board, the amount of negative QI accumulated in the land was too enormous.
Temples energy has shifted too.

And luckily omhealth has bring many to temple visits past 3 years to preserve traditions and continue the good luck.

Also this star amplify a person negativity. Like for example, u lost ur mobile in a office, first thing u may thing who steal, instead of urself carelessness. This star affect many career people. Toilet Cleansing Day (Famous Luck activator)

Jif (lemon favour) Rose Geranium, coconut BrushBuy a coconut brush from market (cannot plastic ). Gif floor cleanser. 8 drops of 5 element oil and 2 drops of Rose geranium and scrub the floor together. If can add some 

lime, dont forget this lime do wonders.


Properties: Dissolve toilet "SHA QI" that affect our health. And also remove of obstacles in life. After cleansing toilet, have a good shower and final rinse yourself with 5 element oil. 


Step out of the toilet spray Protection Space clearing spray. Sometimes can alternate with sandalwood powder (but not many like smoke smoke)

Coconut Brush : It has a powerful healing cleansing mystical power and when combine with 5 element oil it cleanse and dissolve negative energy, Unlike plastic brush when negative energy may retain. SO toilet should use this coconut brush.

 
Salt cleansing once a year only can be done after u KM yan your house. To have best effects. For those whose health and personal family luck really kana upside down.

 Use the brand beside cheap and power. A box can divide into two rooms ba. But I lazy, I cut  open and put oil inside (ten spice oil, 5 element oil, PAF lime or
kaffir Lime Oil). After 3rd day throw away whole box.

(need to mention again for newcomers, Kaffir Lime this grade is very strong,some may not like the scent but some love it. So be safe u can use 10 spice oil , 5 element oil or PAF lime ok)

 Salt behind door bedroom method. ( u can any day before CNY, a bowl of salt, 5 drops above any oil on salt and put behind door for 3 nights. Absorb whole year of bad energy.

When Salt mix with ten spice or any above oil:
Salt comes later once your cleansing has been completed and the atmosphere feels better to you.

(But if u not staying this house for next 1 week and going overseas, i think kaffir lime is good or 5 element oil ok) and leave in empty house during this period. But Take note again Kaffir lime is strong.

And I mention for many years, dont use Kaffir lime in office as some colleagues may not like, Office use PAF lime ok. They love u.

3 drops frankincense (healing or holy), 3 drops Myrrh Oil in tissue , stick fan and turn the fan oil , house blow for awhile.

Lap Chun 2015 Beginning of the YEAR early

Lap Chun means arrival of Tai Sui and Spring of the Year. In 2015 it arrives before CNY. So you can perform some act to have the extra luck. Some oldies say is not a good luck year. But not true, u need to look at bigger pic. Is weird this year Lap Chun appear end of year for 2015 for 2016. Is a confusing science, just trust me not that bad, if u follow below procedures.

Old Chinese saying to get married in a  "Blind Year " is consider bad luck. But again this is not true ok , just ignore.

Li Chun normally falls on the 3rd or 4th of February of the Gregorian calendar, the calendar commonly use today. 


Actually today Lap Chun, if u can go pray ancestor good. Or if busy , few weeks or day before, go temple write names prayers for ancestor can also.

Illnesses Lessons. and Luck and You

Alot of times, illnesses comes to us when we are overwork or stressed. Is a warning that body send to us
to tell us our conditions. How many times, when during illness, like flu sorethroat, u felt really bad. But when the day
u recover, u feel so good and happy, and will think wow health is important and u just feel great.

But few days later, u forget the lessons and go back to your unhealthy lifestyle and diet. Again and again.

Illness is a very important lessons for  us to learn. All kind of illnesses are lessons. Be it flu to cancer. Anyway
you know illness is unavoidable be it u are rich or poor. What is important is our mind. And also chanting of mantra
to let us have a strong peace mind and avoid serious illnesses.

Serious illnesses what to do?  Well is never too late. Just chant mantra with faith, say poems, donate money to charity bodies yourself. Why prayers sometimes like don't work

Sometimes, people feel disheartened to find out that their prayers have not been answered. This is unfortunate as such people have yet to understand the true spirit of prayer. Any religion

For prayers to be answered, we to need to play an active role to achieve the objective that is being prayed for. 

Suppose a person prays for a long life but still kills living beings, such prayers would of course never come true. We need to plant the seed for happiness in order to let the seed grow. If the seed was not there, any amount of sunlight or fertilizers (ie The blessings of the Buddhas ) would not produce the desired fruit. 

Praying is not an occasion for bribery or laziness. We need to start helping ourselves before the Buddhas can assist us in any way.

In addition, some people experience unfortunate things despite pray alot alot. Or go many temples. Example, last month I was sick after the temple visits, i take it a chance to exhaust negative karma and rest well for my body.

But some might then ask, " What did I do wrong?, I have been kind and devout all my life!, Why did such a thing happen? 

" Well, we, as sentient beings are in the great sea of misery where there is not true happiness. Even though one has been kind all his life, there are many factors as to why we suffer. For example, wars and natural disasters are sometimes due to the collective karma of the people as a whole. 

Others are due to other people or circumstances that no one can control.

To illustrate this, there was the occasion when Shakyamuni Buddha knew that his clan was to be massacred by a king. Three times he talked this king out of his cruel intention to war along the route to Buddha's hometown. However he always rekindled his wish and on the fourth time Buddha knew that his people were doomed. 

His disciple Maudgalyayana who had great spiritual powers did not heed Buddha's advice and still used his powers and hid his people in to his alms bowl. However he was shocked to find that all in his bowl still died. It was only then that he realized that there were just some ripening of bad karma that could not be avoided. 

We would never know when we would die (not mentioning those highly cultivated people who know), thus when time is short and we must do what is the most worthwhile for us and others. Avoiding death is not solving the problem, it is in knowing about death which is a fact of life before we can know the true meaning of life.

However no matter what happens, we can rest in true faith that the Buddhas would do all they could to help all sentient beings. This is to be remembered in our hearts. Guan Yin Pu Sa all time round to protect and heal us.

Faith prayers healing should be used to complement medicine and not to replace it.

In times of terminal diseases, prayer should be used to strengthen the mind in preparation for death. If we practised the Dharma well beforehand, we would then be less likely to be confused when the stages of death starts to come. 

We should not hope for an unrealistic desire to get cured miraculously as death is certain to everyone. 

Things I do for my health

( I am born with very weak health, all my organs are actually weak in Qi as a base, so i need extra effort compare to many to build qi thru exercise and diet)

1) 1st and 15th of each lunar month.

That day, i will  light agarwood or sandalwood coil incense. Than use my 21 OM Counch Shell mala, Hold it between palm chant  3 times Kwan Yin Mantra, than 21 times Cundi Mantra and 21 times ommani pad me hung.
